Caribbean Rum Punch
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups pineapple juice.
2 1/2 cups orange juice.
1 cup rum.
1/2 cup dark rum.
1/4 cup coconut rum.
1/4 cup fresh lime juice.
3 tablespoons grenadine syrup.
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well to combine.
Serve over ice in a short cocktail glass. {mine are similar to these, but slightly smaller} affiliate link
Garnish with an orange slice an a cherry.
Now kick back, relax, and imagine you are laying on a white sand beach listening to the ocean waves. 🙂
Notes:
Chill the pineapple and orange juices ahead of time so your ice doesn’t melt as fast.
Angostura Bitters are found on the top shelf of the mixers aisle in most grocery store liquor departments. For a spicier cocktail, use spiced dark rum.
